Our company Shree Kalp Products Pvt Ltd “Shree Kalp” is a FHP motor manufacturer in Aurangabad with its state of the art plant at Limbe Jalgaon - Nagar Road Gangapur.

Shree Kalp is fully equipped with all the requisite infrastructure, for in house winding and assembly of motors . The unit is equipped of machines which includes, automatic winding, lacing and rotor turning machines, including an Assembly line. Taking care of quality, raw materials used in production is checked thoroughly to ensure a top notch end product.

Various instruments like BDV Tester, Pin Hole Tester, Elongation Tester helps us in assuring the customers of the inward quality of material which is then further inspected by both Digital and Analog meters

Inspections are done with the guidance of a set of Sampling plan, Layout inspection plans, Calibration plan, which helps in ensuring minimal rejections through set standards and highest quality processes.

We use modified Automatic Sequential Analyzer & Full Digital Motor Tester which helps us to test the overall parameters for 100 % performance of motors in both the Stator and Assembly line .

All our instruments are periodically certified from the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL).
